Today is the birthday of the most important person in my life, the one who has been with me since I was born. My life wouldn’t be possible without this most amazing, caring, and loving person: my mom, Brenda Childers Sullivan! My dearest, and loving mommy, I hope that you have a good birthday today, however that may turn out, you always deserve a lot more than that because you deserve beyond everything every day and every night! You have no idea how much you mean to me; even the saying “you are my world” doesn’t come close to explaining how much you mean to me. There are no words for how much you mean to me, because it is beyond any dictionary’s words, online or otherwise. Today is nothing more important than my mother because today is her birthday and I want to say happy birthday, my dearest mom! As some of you see, this isn’t a usual article because it is not a personal letter from me to my mother, which is the most important in the world or universe to me. Every year, celebrating my mother’s birthday is extraordinary; she is still young even though she would deny that, but it is, and she continues to be beautiful as ever. My mom is my entire life; she has done so much for me more than anyone can ever imagine, and it would take a lifetime to give my thanks to my mom because it is countless. She is more than everything; besides being the best mom in the universe, she is also my best friend in the universe. God blessed me her being my mother, she is the best person that God has chosen to be my mother, and I am very blessed to be her son although I am only a child, which is good because so I won’t have to share her with anyone (haha!). I want to write a short personal letter on here because today is an extraordinary celebration for someone that is so dear to me and that is none other than my own mother, Brenda Sullivan! Today is her 58th birthday; I mean 30th birthday. Wait that doesn’t sound right because that would make her 3 years younger than me, and if that were the case, I wouldn’t be writing this letter. Ok, let’s say 35th, and I am just 2 years old toddler writing this. There is nothing that my mother doesn’t deserve; she deserves everything and more that I could ever possibly give her or anyone could. As the clock in eastern time, Eastern Standard Time has ticked into midnight and the new day on 7th of January begins is the day of a birthday to the best mother in the world that I call mine! I would like to personally wish the most important person on this earth, my mother a very happy mother’s day and that I am very thankful for everything she has done for me past these thirty years since she has become a mother to an only child which is myself – a child that thinks the world of her and looks up to her since this child opened his eyes for the first time after birth.
My mom has never stops her persistence in taking care of me for over thirty years and two months to make sure that I have everything that I need especially the essentials. Such as the roof over me, air conditioning and heating to keep myself cool or warm during both summer and winter; clothes on my back and foods on the table for me to eat everyday. Taking me to my doctor appointments to make sure that I am taken care of, this includes having to take me to Cincinnati to a children hospital every 2-3 years until I become a teenager, never leaving the hospital every time that I had to be admitted such as when I had undergone one of the most major surgery I have had ever went through, my back from my neck to my tailbone and when I broke my femur in half in my right leg my mother drove me to the hospital herself because she wouldn’t want to waste another minute for the ambulance. I have never truly see any mothers that takes as this tremendous care and responsibility without any hesitation for a child as my mother do for me.
