About This Policy
This Badge Usage Policy explains how the official “Reviewed by JoshiesWorld” and “Recommended by JoshiesWorld” badges may be used.
These badges are intended to recognize products, services, businesses, organizations, destinations, brands, and individuals that have been independently reviewed or recommended by JoshiesWorld.
All badges remain the intellectual property of JoshiesWorld.
Official Badges
JoshiesWorld currently issues the following official badges:
- Reviewed by JoshiesWorld
- Recommended by JoshiesWorld
Only badges provided directly by JoshiesWorld are considered official.
Who May Use a Badge
A badge may only be used by the recipient to whom it was officially awarded.
Receiving permission to use a badge does not transfer ownership of the badge or any JoshiesWorld intellectual property.
Permission to use a badge is limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable.
Permitted Uses
Recipients may display an officially awarded badge on:

- Product pages
- Business websites
- Social media profiles and posts

Whenever reasonably possible, JoshiesWorld requests that the badge link to the original JoshiesWorld review or recommendation article so readers can verify its authenticity.
Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Use a badge that was not officially awarded to you.
- Modify, alter, recolor, distort, crop, animate, or recreate any badge.
- Remove or replace the JoshiesWorld name or logo.
- Use a badge in a misleading or deceptive manner.

- Transfer or sublicense a badge to another person or organization.
- Use a badge after permission has been revoked.
Badge Scope
A JoshiesWorld badge applies only to the specific product, service, business, organization, destination, brand, or individual identified by JoshiesWorld.
A badge should not be interpreted as an endorsement of every product or service offered by the recipient.
Authenticity Verification
Official JoshiesWorld badges may be verified through:
- The original JoshiesWorld review or recommendation.
- The JoshiesWorld Official Verification List, when applicable.
If a badge cannot be verified through JoshiesWorld, its authenticity should not be assumed.
Revocation
JoshiesWorld reserves the right to revoke permission to display a badge at any time, including, but not limited to, situations involving:
- Misuse of a badge
- Unauthorized modifications
- False or misleading claims
- Fraudulent representation
- Trademark or copyright violations
If permission is revoked, the badge must be removed from all websites, social media, advertising, printed materials, and other uses within a reasonable period after notice.
No Warranty or Guarantee
A JoshiesWorld badge reflects JoshiesWorld’s independent opinion at the time the review or recommendation was published.
It is not a certification, guarantee, warranty, safety rating, or permanent endorsement.
Products, services, businesses, organizations, destinations, brands, and individuals may change over time, and JoshiesWorld reserves the right to update, revise, or remove published reviews and recommendations.

All JoshiesWorld badges, logos, graphics, and related branding are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized use may result in removal requests or other legal action where appropriate.
