A former principal of Belfry High School, especially during my time as a student, as well before and after is running for a 93rd district seat in the commonwealth of Kentucky’s house. Maybe by now that many of you may guess who I am referring to, but if you haven’t figured out then I will go ahead and say who is running for the seat in the house of Ky 93rd district which is for both Pike and Martin counties – Rod Varney! He has filed not too long ago with the commonwealth of Kentucky to say that he is running for the house of Kentucky to be a representative for Pike County and Martin County as a Democrat. The current representative is Chris Harris, as we know that Chris Harris has decided to not seek another term because he has decided to run for a higher position which is a seat in the supreme court of Kentucky so that means the seat is up for a grab. Rod Varney has decided to run for that seat as a Democrat, he will be running against a 2-time loser Republican candidate for 93rd District seat in the commonwealth of Kentucky and that would be Norma Kirk-McCormick because she has lost badly twice (2 terms) in a row against an incumbent Democrat…
No long time see here, I know I haven’t written a blog post in a very long time, specifically about 2 and half months to three months as the last time I have made a blog post were in April. I know I made a blog post last week but that doesn’t really count it because that was only a very short blog post to inform you all that I was sorry for not being able to write anything for that long due to health reasons and I am still dealing with that but I felt that where I have not written anything for that long that I should do something about it so I am doing something about it here. As for my health issues, I still won’t share any details because it is private matters but I can say that it is something to stop me from writing and still is but I have an idea that I should just write a few sentences and whatnot then take a break so not to put too much pressure on myself. Past a couple of days, I have seen a few of people who wrote some articles to share their opinions on why Donald Trump isn’t fit to be the President of the United States and shared some few good reasons why they don’t think that Donald Trump isn’t fit to be the President of the United States. Major of them were from bloggers, a few of them were from news outlet such as Washington Post and few of others. I know I have written an article on why I didn’t think Donald Trump should be the President of the United States but I wrote it during the beginning of the election after both parties given their nominees, when the Republican party decided that Donald Trump is the chosen one to be the Republican president that Republican party wants and Democrat party decided Hillary Clinton to be the chosen one to be the Democrat President for the Democratic party. Of course, I did my part as an American, as it’s my rights to vote whomever I think would be more suit to be the President of the United States so I voted Hillary Clinton and in the end Hillary Clinton have won the votes but unfortunately lost the presidency due to electoral votes to Donald Trump.
