One of fast foods chain somewhere over in the district of D.C. here in the United States decided to do something special, by doing something special which means they showed their appreciate to the Deaf community by temporarily changing the looks of the fast food restaurant itself and that is the Burger King. What did they do that shows their appreciation to the Deaf community? By changing the looks of the restaurant itself temporarily with the Deaf and Hard of Hearing’s native language American Sign Language (ASL). Although by on the social media, the Deaf community is saying that it is only for one day as there is some Deaf events that are going on down there in the district of D.C. and in my opinion I believe that Burger King should keep the way they are for at least a few days or more so a week if possible because then that would truly show that Burger King does appreciate their Deaf and Hard of Hearing customers who order their foods on regular basis. Even though it may be only for one day, they still shows that they are an alliance of the Deaf community and I am almost certain that no other fast food chain restaurants will follow the Burger King’s example by doing something similar to show…

As the few days goes by, I started to realize that I have not wrote an article in a few weeks and that I don’t want any of you to think something happens to me so I feel that I should do a quick writing to let every one of you to know that I am still alive. Not only that I am still alive and I am doing alright too. I know I have not wrote anything on JoshiesWorld ever since the end of Februrary, it is because I have been very busy with other projects and these projects have been getting in my way of blogging lately which it can get annoying at certain times especially when I feel that I want to write about something that I have just discovered or to share my opinion but then projects have gotten in the way of that so that left me no choice but to become a little bit inactive. However this is where I come in to let all of you to know that I don’t have any plans on retiring from blogging and in fact I am by far from retiring as a blogger so don’t fear over that. As for the projects that have been getting in my way of blogging, I wish I could share…
The other day I have stumbled upon some researches and watched some videos of a laboratories company named Starkey Hearing Foundation that have not just angered me but angered several individuals in the Deaf community. Starkey is a company that make hearing technology for any individuals that have a problem with hearing and Starkey have led several people to think that Starkey is the hero as it is what Starkey would want you to see them as but they are not really the hero that you thought. There are several articles or videos that have shown where there are public figures individuals such as some of United States of American former presidents like George W. Bush, Bill Clinton and our running for president Hillary Clinton gives the hearing aids to some of the people who are either Deaf or Hard of Hearing. Even the Starkey have said that their hearing technology is the treatment or the solution for anyone who is Deaf or Hard of Hearing just upsets the Deaf community even more because it is misleading as there is several Deaf or Hard of Hearing individuals have said that they limits their freedom more than they have. Why does it limit Deaf or Hard of Hearing individuals freedom more? Because with these technology they cannot do some activities such…
