Time for other snippets where I will share some opinions, some sort of reviews, sharing some little things about some things and as well talking about some stuff but in short as possible instead of a full-blown article on one subject. I have been doing research through many different sources about advancing technology in the United States, a pattern that I am seeing is that they are talking about getting ahead in production in manufacturing companies and others more than ever compared to humans. That technology I am referring is, something that I am sure some may just rolls their eyes or some may scoff over this but the difference is that a few years ago it may be something that is the least of our worries when it comes to finding a job in today’s economy but I don’t think that many of us realize that they are advancing faster than we expected them to be. Made me realize something, the corporations and business are doing everything that they can do is to maximize their profits. They have set their crosshair right on the profits, everything else does not matter to them and they will do everything they can to maximize their profits even if it means cutting the costs or fire their employees as they found the tiniest mistake made by an employee because they don’t just pay their employees a wage but also pay for their health insurance, parental leaves, workers compensation, retirement and others which they don’t like doing because they want that money. Joshie is back, blogging again and not only just that but also has redesigned the website! I know I haven’t properly written a blog post in a very long time, for many reasons that I rather keep it private, along with the holidays which usually when the people get busy especially during the Christmas time to shop for the presents and getting ready for the New Year Eve or New Year. For several months I have been struggling to find some free time to blog, not just blog but also to maintain several other websites and try to keep up with a few projects that I have going so it has been a hectic time for me lately, so I barely have any time for anything. Google have decided to change their policy on their monetization system for YouTube, anyone who has less than 1,000 subscribers and less 4,000 views annually (both combined will be required) will be affected if they already are accepted in their monetization system for their YouTube channels. I must say that I disagree with this idea, because Google didn’t realize that there are many Deaf and Hard of Hearing people who uses YouTube has very hard time getting any subscribers because they use their native language in their videos which is American Sign Language so this greatly limits their audience in general. Even, myself I don’t have that much subscribers although I do have the views on my YouTube channel which has been registered since the year of 2008 or earlier I believe, and I am myself Deaf so therefore I only use my native language in my videos which is American Sign Language, so I can only reach to a very limited audience due to that. I rarely would talk about this sort of subjects on blogging and as a blogger because it seems that a lot of bloggers wrote articles with answers that anyone who is curious about what a blogger is and the privileges that the blogger has but I saw some trending news about what had happened between a blogger and a hotel calls White Moose Café. A blogger named Elle Darby, for some reason White Moose Café called her a blogger when it is a vlogger but I will be the one to call her a vlogger here because it is a proper title, Elle Darby e-mailed a hotel named White Moose Café with a business proposal that she would advertise the hotel business in her videos and told White Moose Café that she is a social media influencer with a certain numbers of followers which I cannot exactly remember what she has because she is unheard of (sorry – you aren’t that much of a influencer apparently) so that she could bring a lot of traffic to the hotel’s business in return that she could be commissioned with free nights.
