I hope that all of you enjoy your Christmas this year; I know that it is not the usual Christmas that many of us accustomed to as we are in a horrible pandemic that prevents many of us from being able to be with other family members or friends, especially on this special holiday day. However, we should keep our distance from others because we do not want to be the ones that expose them to this horrible virus and risk them not seeing them again next Christmas. But the good thing is that there is a technology that allows us to celebrate with our family members or friends, which is virtually such as video chat and or making a telephone call to them. Yes, it is not good as not being there to celebrate with them in person, but we must keep them all ourselves safe to spend time together again next Christmas when this pandemic is hopefully over. The other day I decided to order some saffron after watching a few foods and cooking television shows because I often saw them using saffron in many of their foods, so that had me wanting to give saffron a try. I have never tried them before. So, I have decided to look up what saffron is all about and saw that it comes from some flowers. They are well known in Iran, where most saffron comes from, and they look delicious from a view. I looked saffron up on different e-commerce websites such as Wal-Mart, Target, Amazon, Sams Club, and whatnot, then I found some at Amazon that convinced me to purchase one of them from there. The one that I brought is called Zaran Saffron; what got my attention was that it said they are handpicked and have the highest quality grade, which they call super begin. Many different makers make and sell saffron. I went with Zaran one because of many reviews and several articles that provide a top list of the best maker of Saffron – Zaran was often found to be in the top three of several top ten lists. The other night, I decided to watch a movie that I brought about a couple of years ago but never got the chance to watch this movie because I am more into television series now. That movie that I finally got to watch the other night is titled 1917, an action/drama/war movie about world war 1, and that is the one that I am reviewing here now. 1917 movie was released on December 25, 2019, almost two years ago here in the United States, but there are other different release dates for this 1917 movie in other countries. Still, the date mentioned above is here in the United States of America. The theme of the movie 1917 is war, especially in world war one, and it focuses on two soldiers in British Army from the United Kingdom. One of the British soldiers was ordered to deliver a message from the unit’s leader to another unit’s leader to stop them from attacking the enemy, which is germans because these germans already had everything planned and expected that they would be attacking them, so these germans have all advantages as on the allied side wasn’t aware of.
