Tech Medical Center In Pikeville, Ky

I have been experiencing a pressing issue with my iPhone 8 Plus, which I have owned for over two years now. I plan to continue using it, even though I am overdue for a contract renewal, but I am holding off because of the highly anticipated new iPhone this year, 2020. They are discussing how 2020 is the year to be on the lookout for, especially for the iPhone, which is my reason for holding out, so I am waiting for one in September 2020. Nonetheless, when a gadget ages, it usually becomes more prone to problems, and like there is a saying – nothing is unbreakable. My iPhone 8 Plus screen started coming off on one side. The problem wasn’t my screen; it was the iPhone’s battery, and the screen started coming out of its body (phone) due to the battery swelling up.

Yes, batteries do run down if you heavily rely on charging your device, and this is what happens to my iPhone because I always keep my phone connected to my desktop for charging and syncing. After all, in my mind, I should always keep my iPhone fully charged in case anything happens, such as a power outage, or if we are going somewhere unexpected, or for other reasons.

My iPhone’s battery swelled up, pushing the screen out of its place. It’s not something that can be easily popped back into place, because the screen remains sealed and on while using a special kind of glue (not superglue, so don’t try that). Took it to Tech Medical Center in Pikeville, Ky which it was the first time that I had sent in my device to be repaired locally because if I had a problem with like my MacBook Pro I would send them out to Apple HQ for a repair but this time I decided to get it done locally for my iPhone because I felt that Apple charge too much for a repair on older model so the best alternative is getting it repaired by a local tech repair shop. I am glad that I took a leap of faith, as I had initially resisted getting my devices repaired by a local repair shop, preferring instead to have them repaired by the same company that made them.

Tech Medical Center took in my iPhone 8 plus, showed it to my mother, saying that the battery is too bad off because it has swallowed up so much (obviously, as it pushed the screen out), and that if I had held it out any longer, my iPhone would be exploding at any time. Hence, I was fortunate that I had gotten it to the local tech repair shop in time before it did. They took it back, removed the battery, and showed my mother the battery itself, explaining what I had said above about the fact that my battery had swollen to the point of explosion if we hadn’t brought it in for repair sooner. They removed the screen, replaced the battery, and then used a special glue (technological adhesive glue) to reseal the screen. They saved my iPhone, at the same time saving me from having to spend on a new iPhone or a used one, just to hold on for a few more months before getting the latest iPhone in 2020. I am very pleased with them; they were very professional and knowledgeable, and they charged me very reasonably, which is significantly lower than Apple HQ would charge or most other tech repair shops, including the one over in Logan. After checking out Tech Medical Center, I found out that the owner of Tech Medical Center is one of my childhood friends, named Justin Bevins. So, I can tell you that he is someone you can trust to work on your device. I am rating Tech Medical Center 4.3, which will be the highest-rated for business on JoshiesWorld for the time being! 4.3 rating means that it’s more than great! If you are looking to have your device(s) repaired, such as your phone screen, battery, laptop, desktop computer, or other electronic devices, look no further than Tech Medical Center LLC in Pikeville, KY, located on Weddington Branch Road. They will charge you a very reasonable rate, that is definitely for sure, because I have contacted other places (including the one over in Logan), and Tech Medical Center was the most reasonable when it comes to pricing.
