To whom this may concern at Snapchat, This is Joshua “Joshie” Sullivan, an owner of JoshiesWorld since August 7, 2007. I am writing an open/public letter to Snapchat, also known as Snapchat Inc. For over a decade, I have been dealing with Snapchat’s stubborn refusal to hand over the username JoshiesWorld to me, as I have been the rightful owner of JoshiesWorld since August 7, 2007. I am still very disappointed with Snapchat, and I am getting tired of their repeated excuse that when it comes to usernames, it’s first-come, first-served. It’s understandable if the name doesn’t belong to anyone, but not when it’s already owned by someone else. I’ve sent all kinds of documents proving my ownership of JoshiesWorld since August 7, 2007. The person who registered under my identity brand name hasn’t been active for over a decade. Snapchat needs to do the right thing, and it makes no sense that Snapchat keeps an inactive registered name over the rightful owner who would be more active. Additionally, they would receive more business from my use than from an inactive user. Hey guys and women! How are all of you doing tonight? It is frustrating that Instagram is still refusing after my third attempts of requesting Instagram to transfer the user name of JoshiesWorld to the rightful user which is by now I am sure all of you know who, where every one of you know I own JoshiesWorld all over on the internet since I own the JoshiesWorld name and the problem with Instagram is that Instagram seems to not fully understand the importance of the rightful owner as it seems like they are harboring a user who happens to stolen my identify since there is a Instagram user who is registered in my identify name JoshiesWorld.
