TruBiz Coffee Co.’s Kiss-Fist French Vanilla Coffee

Some products land squarely on my radar for a JoshiesWorld review, and supporting small businesses is always one of them. One such brand is TruBiz Coffee Co., which kindly sent over one of its coffees for review. The product featured here is Kiss-Fist French Vanilla Coffee (Ground, 12 oz.). Before diving into taste, aroma, and overall experience, it’s worth sharing a bit about the company behind the coffee. TruBiz Coffee Co. is a Latina- and Deaf-owned, family-run small business founded by Phil and Bregitt. The brand focuses on specialty coffee produced in small batches and shipped fresh. Their lineup includes core blends, flavored coffees, and seasonal or holiday offerings, available in both whole bean and ground options. While TruBiz Coffee Co. is family-run, the coffee reviewed here was roasted and shipped by their California roasting and fulfillment partner, Temecula Coffee Roasters, based in Temecula, California. They specialize in roasting, packaging, and drop-shipping specialty-grade coffee for private-label brands. In this case, the coffee was roasted and shipped directly from their facility on behalf of TruBiz Coffee Co. Taste and Brewing Experience I brewed the Kiss-Fist French Vanilla using a standard drip coffee maker—one of the most common methods in everyday households. Coffee flavor is shaped by several factors, including roast level, bean quality, and added flavorings such as vanilla, which remains…

Mix 11-26-2025

Hey there, everybody! I hope that all of you are doing well and keeping warm, since we are heading into winter, cold weather, depending on where you are from. Speaking of where you are from, I would love to hear where you are from (do not give the exact location, but a region, or at least a hundred or so miles away), and how the weather is over there in the comment. Some of you already know that I am from the eastern part of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, near the border with West Virginia in the Appalachian Mountains. The weather here in winter often surprises us; one day it feels like summer, and the next it’s freezing with snow. For instance, a perfect example of a weather surprise is the flood a day after Valentine’s Day this year, 2025, which has become the second-largest flood since 1977. The great flood of 1977 submerged most of our cities, and that happened again almost 50 years later on February 15th, 2025. It was unbelievable to witness, because where I reside, by a river, the river became pretty much a lake, with my house becoming an oceanfront. I, along with my mother, was very fortunate that my house is on a side of the mountain, but unfortunately, all of the houses below…

A Deaf and disabled content creator, JoshiesWorld, is asking for your help!

Hey everybody! I am asking for your help, if you don’t mind. I would be incredibly grateful if you would follow JoshiesWorld on any social media platforms. In the post below, you will find a list of JoshiesWorld’s social media channels and accounts to follow. The most important ones are Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Many businesses prefer Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. As a Deaf and disabled content creator, it is incredibly challenging to gain followers and even more difficult to secure opportunities from businesses seeking content creators to collaborate with or to send products for review. Businesses, corporations, organizations, services, agencies, and the like are actively seeking content creators with a large following. It means that these content creators influence their audience to consider their products, whether through positive or negative reviews, because they focus on advertising their products or services to their followers. Some content creators can gain millions of followers within a year or so, while others, such as Deaf and/or disabled content creators, have been around for years or even over a decade and still have very small followings. I am one of many examples of this. JoshiesWorld has been around since 2007, meaning it has been in operation for over 18 years —nearly two decades. I have about 200 followers on most of my social media…

Toronto’s Steakhouse and Mexican Bar and Grill

There was talk in the town about a new restaurant, Toronto’s Steakhouse and Mexican Bar and Grill. Many locals talked about the restaurant and looked forward to trying out the food and drinks it offered. Several local news outlets have written an article about the new restaurant. As a journalist/blogger, I didn’t write anything about it because I have often seen a few local restaurants or businesses open but only last a short time and go out of business, which is unfortunate to witness as a local. Plus, when they opened Toronto’s Steakhouse and Mexican Bar and Grill, they already had a competitor on day one because they weren’t the town’s only steakhouse and/or Mexican restaurant. We have a Steakhouse in South Williamson, Ky, that restaurant is one of the longest running restaurants in the area, and then there is Sazon Mexican Restaurant in the same town, and El Torito Mexican restaurant in South Williamson, Ky, which is only about 1.5 miles away from these Mexican restaurants. There is another one, but it’s a bit further in Matewan, WV, called Mi Pueblito, about 6 miles away, Hacienda Mexican restaurant in Logan, WV, about 4 miles away, and Mi Hacienda Mexican restaurant in Pikeville, KY, about 5 miles away. So there are many Mexican restaurants in a short distance from Pikeville,…

Collab with JoshiesWorld on social media!

The other day, I published an article here on JoshiesWorld that I am expanding JoshiesWorld to social media so that everything doesn’t have to be only on JoshiesWorld’s website but also on social media and can be reachable to the audience that is on these social media. Here is the announcement that I published not too long ago here at JoshiesWorld.com: https://www.joshiesworld.com/expanding-to-social-media/ When JoshiesWorld announced that it would be expanding to social media, that meant that JoshiesWorld would spread out to social media, although everything would be done on the main source/place, which is the website JoshiesWorld.com. Content such as articles on all of the niches/categories/topics and reviews will only be created here on JoshiesWorld’s website while posting other kinds of content on social media such as pictures, videos, reels, live videos, and whatnot – to be more in close with the supporters or fans of JoshiesWorld. Any new articles or reviews published by JoshiesWorld will be shared on social media so that you will be notified that there is a new article or a new review for you to read if you are interested. Of course, suppose there is such important content posted on social media. In that case, JoshiesWorld will inform you here on the website if you prefer to read from the website JoshiesWorld.com instead of on…

X Is Dying

Threads are thriving, and Twitter/X is dying. This gave me a flashback, remembering what had happened to MySpace. MySpace was founded on August 1, 2003, by Thomas Anderson, who you know as MySpace Tom. MySpace was a giant and number one social media until Justin Timberlake and Specific Media LLC jointly acquired MySpace for about 35 million dollars. From there, it went downhill FAST; Facebook was founded on February 4, 2004, by Mark Zuckerberg as Thefacebook, then a year later, in 2005, it was changed to simply Facebook, then stole the crown from MySpace as the largest social media a few years later. Now, Facebook as a social media is so large that no social media probably can ever take it from Facebook for a very long time – that’s if they ever do! Now, with Threads and Twitter/X, that is giving me a deja vu! Back then, the largest photo-sharing service was Flickr, and then Instagram swooped in, taking the crown from Flickr as the largest photo-sharing service. Instagram is owned by who? Meta, under which Mark Zuckerberg founded Facebook due to having many companies, so he founded Meta as a parent company for Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and others. Twitter, one of the large micro-blogging (part of social media) companies, was acquired by Elon Musk for 44 billion (yes,…
