I know that lately I have written a few articles that is Deaf and Hard of Hearing related but the reason is the Deaf Awareness Month were to due in the month September which is the current month now. The purpose for Deaf Awareness Month in September is to educate the people about the culture of Deaf and Hard of Hearing people, people who is audism are trying so hard to destroy for several decades now. Even though the Deaf community may be a little but it has a strength in holding their place when it comes to anyone that is trying all their best to make sure everybody is not aware that the Deaf and Hard of Hearing has their culture as they want to frame them with the label disability. As I am part in the Deaf community, the battles with audism daily is tiresome and frustrating because one of many reasons is that we never gave the permission to anybody to make any decision for us especially on state or nation’s level. I am sure that you are shocked with the title of this article, saying that we want to be Deaf and that we don’t want to be fixed. What a lot of the people doesn’t understand that being Deaf or even Hard of Hearing is a culture but several people who is audism try their darndest best to hide that and force a society to see anyone who happens to be Deaf or Hard of Hearing is a bad thing. Several people think that whoever became Deaf or Hard of Hearing whether it be at birth or afterbirth means that there is something severely wrong with them, it is because like people who is audism or an anti-cultural organizations such as Alexander Graham Bell Association for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing made the society to view us like that over a few decades ago or more like since in the year of 1880 when International Congress on the Education of the Deaf aka ICED banned any students who is Deaf or Hard of Hearing from the use of sign language to communicate. As lately I have had some hard time to come up with something to blog about, as the presidential candidates is taking over the social media to the point where there are barely any other news that I could share my opinions or my views on. Not only that I have struggled to come up with some topics or something to think about to share my opinions on something with all of you, so here I am asking for help from you guys here by giving me some ideas on what I should blog about or what you would like for me to share my opinions on. I would like to take my time to wish someone a very happy birthday, that person has been in my life for more than a decade and since then he have become a father figure of mine. I look at him as a father figure, not only just that but also a friend and he have become a part of the family since both my mother and himself became together. He does more than my biology father will ever do for me, being there for me which that is something that my biology father miserably failed to do so and done things for me when I need him to. Irony thing is that he has a son named Josh, which is same name as mine but nonetheless I am glad that he has become a part of the family since I met him through my mother over a decade ago or close to two decades which that makes me feel old and I am sure this probably will make him feel even older as he have turned 47 years old at midnight (no, mother. Today marks the 9th anniversary since JoshiesWorld brand was born, back at that time I had intended that JoshiesWorld would be only just a small information website about me but I felt that it wasn’t fitting for the name of JoshiesWorld because hence it’s my world so I came up with an idea that I’d start a blog then from there I became a blogger/journalist. So as we know that a few websites or blogs who have a donation button or gifts wish list service such as Amazon where they can list things that they would like to have and anybody can send them a gift by buying something from their wish list. A service such as Amazon, it is already set up where you would pick anything from their wish list that they would like to have then pay for them and Amazon will ship these things that you bought from their wish list to them without revealing their shipping address or your shipping address as well along with any sensitive information such as billing information so it’s a great feature that Amazon has to offer for anyone who would like to make a wish list for somebody else to buy them as a gift to them.
