Eastern Kentucky by New York Times.

Last year on June 26, 2014 New York Times have written an article with the title that says “What’s the Matter With Eastern Kentucky?” has been discovered by some Facebook users which I am a bit surprised because of the article was written over a year ago and it shows that not many residents in Eastern Kentucky reads New York Times as New York Times is in the top 10 most popular news media outlet especially with their New York Times blog since millions of people have gone digital as opposed to buying the materials which are the newspaper or magazines paperback. Ever since some Facebook users who happens to be Eastern Kentucky residents who discovered the “What’s the Matter With Eastern Kentucky?” article on New York Times website (NYTimes.com) then shared the article to their Facebook wall post which ended up getting more attention than it did last year as there were no Eastern Kentucky residents at that time shared the article on the day they wrote it and ever since it was shared it bring in mixed responses especially in the comments section over at Facebook about “What’s the Matter With Eastern Kentucky?” article written by one of New York Times writer/blogger. Wish List For Achievements.

There are many of things that every one of us who would like to do something in our lives, to do something that we always would liked to or dreamed of having to achieved something that we can be credited for, a such example of achievements that we wish to do once we have reached our adulthood like buying a vehicle, house and a family which these three things are common in everybody’s wish list for achievements. Once you have achieved three essential things which are of course a vehicle, house and a family then that is where you can start dreaming of what you would like to do in your life such as maybe becoming business owner? Own a restaurant? Secure a job of your dream career? Becomes a humanitarian by giving the people who is less fortunate than you are? There are many of things that you can add to your wish list for achievements unless you have completed your wish list of achievements. McDonald’s Discriminated Deaf Man.

There were a discrimination in the Deaf community recently as one Deaf man named Johnathan Ramos who decided to record a video using his cell phone where he is being discriminated by one of its employee who were threatening to call the police on Johnathan Ramos if Johnathan would not leave the place that the employee calls his own land when it’s not even his own land in begin with as the place that Johnathan Ramos was discriminated is one of fast-food chain McDonald’s in Columbus, Nebraska and the McDonald’s refused to serve the Deaf man Johnathan Ramos because of his inability to hear. McDonald’s have violated Americans with Disabilities Act for unwilling to use the communication that were preferred by Johnathan Ramos as every Deaf individual have the right to use the communication that they prefers and most comfortable with. While potential Deaf customer await to order his foods with the attempts to communicate with the employees of McDonald’s but then they called the police, the police have come to the McDonald’s and cited Johnathan Ramos. National Association of the Deaf (NAD).

For several months I have begun to support an association or organization who represents Deaf and Hard of Hearing people nationally here in the united states until recently as I have realized something going with the association that sickens me especially to think that for few months I was supporting something that I thought who truly represents the Deaf community. That organization I am speaking of is National Association of the Deaf (NAD) who is an alliance of the Deaf community, who is responsible to advocate for the Deaf community when it comes to oppression, discrimination or any of unlawful actions by somebody and they are supposedly to be in the front of the battle making sure that the Deaf individuals have equality since National Association of the Deaf (NAD) founded in 1880 to take activism action in Milan against an organization named International Congress on the Education of the Deaf or ICED for short when International Congress on the Education of the Deaf (ICED) discouraged the use of American Sign Language in the education of the Deaf which is the natural language for the Deaf individuals. By discouraging the use of American Sign Language for the Deaf students by forcing the Deaf students in education to not use their natural language of American Sign Language, if they are caught…

White House Closed Captions.

What is one thing that Americans in the United States sees as some sort of symbol that represents the American people for hundreds of decades? The White House which is the residence for the United States president, even though it is not the permanent residence for the United States president because each president can only run for a term and each term is four years. Every elected president can only run for two terms but after that, the elected president cannot run again for the third term and must move out of the white house for the next new elected president to move in. But still the white house itself represents for the entire nation, as it is the national’s capital located in Washington, D.C., regardless who the presidents of the United States are the white house administration is responsibility for everyone who lives in the United States and the laws of United States; Civil rights, human rights and even disabilities rights. While the white house represents for all Americans, recently they have failed to do so which that means they forgot that there are diversity of Americans such as races, genders, people with disabilities including the people who is Deaf and Hard of Hearing although we don’t agree that being so is disabled because of culture. The television show American Next Top Model cycle 22 have ended and the cycle 22 is the last cycles for the television show American Next Top Model starring with Tyra Banks under CW channel. American Next Top Model used to receive millions of viewers annually but lately the ratings for the television show have dwindled more than ever so the production of American Next Top Model have decided that the cycle twenty-two (22) is the end season for the American Next Top Model show and that CW will not renew American Next Top Model for another season which would be cycle twenty-three (23). I was never a fan of American Next Top Model until this year with the cycle twenty-two (22) because of one contestant out of fourteen (14) Nyle DiMarco who happens to be Deaf, proudly Deaf at that which that is something that I am interested because many of people who is Deaf that was on national television or film often would not show that they are proud to be Deaf but Nyle DiMarco is one of very few who weren’t afraid to show that they are proud of their Deaf culture and I am Deaf myself so of course I root for him to win to be the winner of American Next Top Model cycle 22. Since from the last article I wrote on here titled “Happy Thanksgiving” the other day, on day of Thanksgiving so I can safely assume that every one of you had a great thanksgiving? Mine was great although I don’t really celebrate thanksgiving as much as I would used to several years ago which I have mentioned my reasons in that blogs post. For today’s blog post I will be writing tidbits which I know I have not written tidbits article in a great while and I believe that the last time I wrote tidbits article was in September so it has been a while.
