2-4-2017 Tidbits

I wasn’t sure if I could ever find the time to write an article for the blog but since I am writing this, obviously that means I have and the time I got is so little so I hope that I will be able to at least finish this article tonight and have it published before I head out to bed. Right now, it is at 2:05AM at very late night, I know I have not written an article for a few days because I have been very busy lately as I had a lot of things on my plate that I needed to do and still have a lot things on my plate that I need to do. I have tried to complete as much I could to clean off my plate, so that I could at least have a bit of room to breathe and have enough time to write an article for the blog without being stressed but that is not the case tonight as I am being somewhat stressed as I still have a lot of things that I need to do. Our Rights to Freedom of Speech and Expression

Your opinion does matters because it is your opinion and mine do matters too because it is my opinion. Every one of us have the right to freedom of speech and the freedom to express. That’s the beauty of democracy thanks to the founders of the America and democracy is very important for the America otherwise we would be destroying the founders vision of the America that they turned in based on democracy. Freedom of speech and freedom of expression. Each one of us, every one of us have the right to that and no one can ever deny our rights to that. So, everyone who is a fan of Trump being the president of the united states then be so it and who is NOT a fan of Trump being president of the United States then be so it. Let’s leave it at that, we each have the right to express our opinions whatever it is that we have on whether it be about politics, technology, business and whatnot. I see that some of the people out there who’s telling some of the others that they need to give Trump administration a chance and that they need to move on. Dear President Donald Trump, White House Administration and whoever it may concern.

I would like to address this letter to the President Trump, Trump’s Administration and White House especially for the team that is responsible for media, social media team/director, public relations or press team. I and the Deaf community have noticed that since the administration of the President Donald Trump have taken over the people’s house; White House have not yet provided closed captions for all the videos that you have produced to share on social media like YouTube, Facebook or others. By statistics in the United States it shown that there are over fifty (50) million Deaf and Hard of Hearing Americans who resides in the country that you represent for as President. We kindly ask that Trump Administration along with Trump Administration’s team who is responsible for the media and the White House to provide closed captions for every video that you produce for several social services such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and others so that we Deaf people of the America can have access to the information that any other people who can hear could by the sounds. If you provide sounds for all the videos that you have produced and not provide closed captions, then that would be unfair to over fifty (50) million Deaf people in the America. In year of late 2015, a couple of years ago a few of us Deaf people complained about the white house and Obama administration not providing closed captions for all the videos that they have produced. The Obama administration and white house have listened to our request for fair accessibility by providing closed captions which they provided closed captions for every video they produced a couple of years ago until Obama Administration leaves the White House.

People’s Perception of Deaf People

I would like to remind many of you with a disclaimer for this that this is my view, my thought and my perception of what I see out of the people’s perception on the Deaf people because every Deaf and Hard of Hearing have different experiences, therefore, they can share what it is to be under the microscope of the people who we labeled “hearies”. I am only sharing what I have witnessed on hand from what the hearies people have a perception of the Deaf people and Hard of Hearing including myself as I am one of many Deaf people in the world. So, I encourage the Deaf and Hard of Hearing to share their thoughts on what it is like to get an idea of how the hearies people view them as or of. Now that we get this out, as I have said that this is my view for getting the idea of what the hearies have a perception of us Deaf and Hard of Hearing people. I wasn’t sure if I was in mood to blog tonight or not, honestly, I haven’t been in mood for much of anything anyway and I decided that since I have nothing else to do for about an hour and half so I decided that I will use that time to blog about something. I know ever since the new year or this year in 2017 seems that I starts to lagging on blog as I usually write an article for every two days for the entire year of last year 2016 and so far, this year I have moved from one article in every two days to one article every weekend and I would like to apologize for that but I have been busy lately with the things that’s going on around here. Nothing to do with my health though, thankful for that and by being busy I mean advocating for the Affordable Care Act. I am still is and have been a vocal in Affordable Care Act especially for the state of Kentucky because Kentucky is one of few states that rely on it more than anything as most of them are people with disabilities like myself, retired coal miners and veterans or children of a parents that cannot afford the care for their child so they rely…

How are you all?! I hope that you all are doing well, I am doing pretty myself and I have been busy lately! I know that I haven’t written an article for a several days, more than a week if my calculation is correct so I apologize about that because as I said I have been a lot busy lately and in additional with that my timing was out of the control as I struggled with keeping up with the time. Sometimes I wish that whoever invented a clock, which in that case unknown Egyptians when they invented a portable sundial and from there the timekeeping came to existence after the Egyptians figured out how to build a portable sundial using a vertical, gnomon or obelisk namely sundials and inventor(s) of sundials is unknown as the historians couldn’t find any information how it started from there. Only thing that they know is that sundials calculates by the sun when the sun moves across the ground and there are some sundials around here in the United States that you can find. Hey guys and women! I hope that every one of you are doing well, I am doing well myself aside being a bit cold as it is at 11 degree here in the eastern part of Kentucky and that is darn cold if you ask me. Now that the Christmas has passed by and as well the New Year has passed away so there are several days with no holidays for us except for the students who attend schools because of snow days. I remember that when I was in school, I always roots for several days of snow because it would mean that the school would be closed and this allows me to enjoy the snow days with some of the friends that I used to hang out with a several years ago, when we were in school together. Makes me wonder how some of the people who I used to hang out with, the ones that I used to talk with in school or my old classmates have done lately as most of them I haven’t talked to or seen in more than a decade since I graduated in the year of 2005 so that is twelve years ago, I was wild back then especially when it comes with some girls because I would use to flirts a…
