As lately, I have been paying a large number of dollars making a drastic improvement by a complete redesign back in January, a move from an small unknown hosting provider to a large server company at the end of February and then paid even for more speed and bandwidth to make it goes from average 2-3 seconds loading speed to 200-800ms. That’s not all, I also had to pay a bunch of backend tools such as a drastic security improvement for all of the websites including JoshiesWorld.com and then paid all the essentials to make sure that all the websites to runs smoothly without any loss. This is the most drastic improvement that I have done for JoshiesWorld.com but some for the rest of others such as JoshuaBSullivan.com and AppalachianCrawlers.com but my priority were all JoshiesWorld.com. Just last week I have hired a professional designer to rework my logo, which is in progress of revisions and waiting for my approval so it should be ready within’ a week if all is well. I have been doing research through many different sources about advancing technology in the United States, a pattern that I am seeing is that they are talking about getting ahead in production in manufacturing companies and others more than ever compared to humans. That technology I am referring is, something that I am sure some may just rolls their eyes or some may scoff over this but the difference is that a few years ago it may be something that is the least of our worries when it comes to finding a job in today’s economy but I don’t think that many of us realize that they are advancing faster than we expected them to be. Made me realize something, the corporations and business are doing everything that they can do is to maximize their profits. Joshie is back, blogging again and not only just that but also has redesigned the website! I know I haven’t properly written a blog post in a very long time, for many reasons that I rather keep it private, along with the holidays which usually when the people get busy especially during the Christmas time to shop for the presents and getting ready for the New Year Eve or New Year. For several months I have been struggling to find some free time to blog, not just blog but also to maintain several other websites and try to keep up with a few projects that I have going so it has been a hectic time for me lately, so I barely have any time for anything. Google have decided to change their policy on their monetization system for YouTube, anyone who has less than 1,000 subscribers and less 4,000 views annually (both combined will be required) will be affected if they already are accepted in their monetization system for their YouTube channels. I must say that I disagree with this idea, because Google didn’t realize that there are many Deaf and Hard of Hearing people who uses YouTube has very hard time getting any subscribers because they use their native language in their videos which is American Sign Language so this greatly limits their audience in general. Even, myself I don’t have that much subscribers although I do have the views on my YouTube channel which has been registered since the year of 2008 or earlier I believe, and I am myself Deaf so therefore I only use my native language in my videos which is American Sign Language, so I can only reach to a very limited audience due to that. I rarely would talk about this sort of subjects on blogging and as a blogger because it seems that a lot of bloggers wrote articles with answers that anyone who is curious about what a blogger is and the privileges that the blogger has but I saw some trending news about what had happened between a blogger and a hotel calls White Moose Café. A blogger named Elle Darby, for some reason White Moose Café called her a blogger when it is a vlogger but I will be the one to call her a vlogger here because it is a proper title, Elle Darby e-mailed a hotel named White Moose Café with a business proposal that she would advertise the hotel business in her videos and told White Moose Café that she is a social media influencer with a certain numbers of followers which I cannot exactly remember what she has because she is unheard of (sorry – you aren’t that much of a influencer apparently) so that she could bring a lot of traffic to the hotel’s business in return that she could be commissioned with free nights. I see that a lot of people in my circle, this including both hearie community and deaf community are very concerned about Federal Communications Commission’s decision on repealing Net Neutrality. I am very glad that a lot of concerns going around because Net Neutrality is a serious matter for many of us, however I also seen many people who are either confused or misleading some others about what Net Neutrality is all about and what impact that it can do if Net Neutrality were to be repealed. First, Net Neutrality is not a law as some people seems to think they are and Net Neutrality is a policy made by Federal Communications Commission which is a federal agency that were founded by government to be the policymakers for the telecommunications. No long time see you since I last wrote an article, on fourth (4th) of this month November!
