Lowepro ProTactic BP 450 AW II

Ever since I decided to relaunch my photography after learning many of these years, I realize that my expensive camera bag Tamrac 610 Pro System 10, was old and worn out. Not only that, it does not do what I needed it to do, which is to have spacious compartments for DSLR/mirrorless camera bodies, it does not have enough to hold a lot of lenses, and since it does not have enough room for all of the lenses that I need there wouldn’t be any room for other accessories or gears such as Speedlite or studio light system. I brought the camera bag back in the year 2013 when I was just a beginner photographer, after a few years later since I have been learning and finally know what I need, such as how many lenses, speedlites or lighting systems, what accessories I need and others which that old camera bag would not even carry half of that, so it was time for something else. I need a new camera bag, so I do some searching; the number one priority when selecting which camera bag I want is that it must be spacious enough that it can carry several lenses, along with a couple of Speedlight or lighting systems, filters, tripod, a few props, and others. Hence, the bottom line…

Peak Design Slide Camera Strap

I have decided to buy a new camera strap because I wasn’t a fan of the strap that came with the camera. After all, the strap that came with the camera, the Nikon strap were narrow, and it was nothing special about the strap. The strap that came with the camera hurts my neck because it is narrow. It isn’t padded or has anything that would lessen the pain on the neck, so that was the reason that I felt that there had to be an aftermarket strap that would do a better job of not hurting my neck, so I decided to go shopping for one. After doing some search, reading some blogs, some reviews as well, and whatnot, I have finally decided on which camera’s strap that I am after. The camera’s strap that I brought seems to be the most popular choice for professional and hobbyist photographers. That camera strap is Slide by Peak Design; if we want to be more specific, some of them call it slide pro because they have two versions, such as slide and slide lite. I went for slide one (not lite). The Peak Design Slide camera strap is a bit high-end, I admit, but does it deserve to be? In my review, I will tell you as I will share my…

Manfrotto ProCUBE Professional Twin Charger For Nikon

Ever since I got a new camera for my professional photography, a few things on the list are a must-have for every photographer, and one of them is extra batteries. Having extra batteries means that we have to get chargers for them as well because batteries for camera are often sold separately without the actual charger, as there are a few options that we could go for, such as getting the OEM charger or go for a third-party charger that can charge more than one battery, so that was the routine I took. If I were to go for every OEM battery charger for each battery, I would need several outlets for them. A twin (double) battery charger has a better advantage because it can charge two or more batteries using only one outlet and is less cluttered this way. I will be happier if the same manufacturer of the camera’s battery says Nikon has their own charging station for any batteries they have for all of their batteries. Still, they do not have a single charger for one battery, so one charger for each one battery, and knowing us photographers who need a good number of batteries, we probably have several power strips to charge all of the batteries for our camera(s). The problem with that is, it is…

Nikon Z 7II

I was in the market for a professional camera. I was shopping for a DSLR camera because it was beyond the time for me to upgrade, especially Nikon 5200. I was eyeing an expensive one but still affordable. First, I observed Nikon’s D850, a professional DSLR camera; as it was nearing Christmas, my mother decided to get me a camera for a present, and I was pretty much mindset on D850. After a while, I decided to do further research. I discovered that Nikon has something significantly better camera than D850, but it is a professional mirrorless instead of a DSLR camera. I found out that this camera is one of the top 10 lists of every reviewer when it comes to a camera overall (compact, action, DSLR, mirrorless, etc.). I decided to get that one instead of the D850 because it has better specifications than the D850 has. That is Nikon’s new Z 7ii; Nikon Z 7ii just came out not too long ago, which has a whopping 46MP, with more FPS and higher resolution for a video than D850 has. After finding out that Nikon Z 7ii offers more than what their D850 does and I decided that it will be the camera, I own so now I do. Nikon Z 7ii has more features and better performance…

Anker PowerExpand 8-In-2 USB-C PD Media Hub

I have decided to order Anker PowerExpand 8-In-2 USB-C PD Media Hub for my MacBook Pro because if any of you own the newest MacBook Pro ’16 (Dec 2019) and as well previous Macbook Pro generations only offer two to three USB-C ports but none of the other essential ports/slots such as USB 2.0/3.0 and the universal memory cards reader. The only way you could use the USB 2.0/3.0 or read the universal memory cards such as Micro SD and SD is if you have an adapter/hub in which there are countless of them. There are numerous of them to choose which adapter/hub to get for your MacBook or iMac is a headache and hassle because when you shop for them, you would have to think of two things – is the brand to trust and what ports/slots do they have? Every USB-C adapters/hubs do not meet the exact specifications I have found after some shopping. Some adapters/hubs would only offer two USB 2.0/3.0 ports with micro SD/SD memory cards reader; some offer 2 USB 2.0/3.0 ports, 1 USB-C port, ethernet port, HDMI for 4K or 5K resolution with micro SD/SD memory cards reader. Some of them have additional ports such as an audio jack for a headphone or only one with audio via lightning, which is common used for…
