I bought a new game for my games collection and my pleasure as well. I unbelievably have tons of video games including every Madden series, however not Madden 13 until recently. While we were gone to shopping about two hours drive from my hometown, to Sam’s Club where we like to purchase bulky things for better deal rather than buying individual items more expensive. Bought the game and came home and then I popped the game disc into my console, the Xbox 360 because I very much dislike Sony Playstation 3 even though that I own one due to liking to have every games and consoles in my collection for either display, or pleasure. But anyway, I played the new Madden 13 for couple of hours especially both offline and online and every minute that goes away has sadly waste my time playing it because where they told you that they had drastically improved the game – And it’s a lie. Madden 13 is practically same as previous Madden games such as 10, and 11 however it did improved from Madden 09 a little bit. Funny thing that when you’re losing, yet the audience that are on your team side are cheering for your loss? What the heck! Who does cheer for their team losing, because reality, they don’t.
Now for offline, no improvement and still the same as 11 and 12 but however, for online I can notice a bit of difference which is a bit improvement and only improvement that are recognizable would be the quality of graphic. If some of you are hoping to purchase Madden 13, would I recommend? No and yes, no for the current price which is about $60 however once it decrease to at least under $30 then yes, I would recommend it. Sorry folks, due to respect my friend, Madden. You fail again, disappointment!
Now if you’re wondering what kind of this post would be, yes it is part of my ranting however also part of my review at same time. Thank you for reading and I hope that every one of you to enjoy the rest of your day and I suggest for you to be patient if possible to wait for the price to decrease for Madden 13 but if you want to see what it’s like and you have Madden 12 in your collection then don’t bother, because it’s same as Madden 12.
Note: I forgot one thing, only one HUGE change for Madden 13 is that you get to be a coach or player as your choice and when you select to be coach or player, it will look like you as you can customize the player or coach’s look with your own picture such as your face. Forgot about that, but I am going to have to say that’s probably only one good thing about Madden 13.
