FaceBook Page Has Makeover!

Have you seen the new Facebook page yet? If not then you should go and check out some of the pages on Facebook because they have been completely redesigned. I think that the new redesign of pages on Facebook is better and less of clutters than the ones they had before because the ones they had before were somewhat too plain while being cluttered at the same time. I am digging the new Facebook page since I have a few, especially one for JoshiesWorld which you are more than welcome to check out and like the page! So at the same time that will give you an idea of what the new FaceBook page looks like. You can click here to visit the JoshiesWorld’s Facebook page. If you have a page of your own on Facebook then you should have the new redesigned page on Facebook as well and if you do then please feel free to leave a comment below to let me know what you think of the new Facebook page! Here is the screenshot of the new Facebook page that they have rolled out yesterday.

FaceBook’s Video Comment.

I am the one, I am sure there are many of others too who pressed Mark Zuckerberg to add video function to the comment for the FaceBook because before I started pressing Mark Zuckerberg the CEO of FaceBook it only has pictures function where you could upload pictures in the comment but not video and I decided to send a message to CEO of FaceBook Mark Zuckerberg that I suggest for him to add the video option along with the picture in the comment function because I have seen where several Deaf or Hard of Hearing people have complained about not being able to respond to anyone’s post with a vlog in American Sign Language so I suggested that Mark Zuckerberg to add the video function to the comment section instead of just only the photo function in the comment. This was not only one message as I have sent Facebook’s CEO Mark Zuckerberg on regular basis to remind him that he need to add video function to the comment because so that it would allow us Deaf community to be able to respond our family members or our friends wall post with vlog and that we can respond using our language American Sign Language instead of text comment. I also have explained FaceBook CEO Mark Zuckerberg saying that we Deaf and Hard of Hearing individuals are known to not fluent in writing English as it is not our first language as American Sign Language is our first language so this is why that we ask for the FaceBook to acknowledge that and to accept my suggestion by adding the video function for the comment on FaceBook so for once of all that we can finally respond using our native language American Sign Language instead of having to type a language that isn’t our native language which is English.

Facebook Emotions To Replace Like Button.

Past a few months there have been a discussion that were going on around at Facebook headquarter about what to do with the famous Facebook like system that we all know and used that feature on regular basis all around the giant social networking website Facebook. For past few months there were several people who have sent in suggestion to Facebook asking the Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg to add dislike button to that system and then filed complaints to Facebook about Mark Zuckerberg for not listening to Facebook users when it comes to Facebook users sending in suggestions for the like system in particular but later on its Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg decided to make an announcement a several months ago stating that he Mark Zuckerberg does not want to add the dislike button to that system because he said that he felt that the dislike button feels like negative as he says that he wants for Facebook to still be positive. A few months later since that announcement Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg made about adding the dislike button is negative but he still want Facebook users to know that he does listen so he made an announcement in the past weeks that they were working on new features that may replace the Facebook famous like buttons to something else to satisfy Facebook users or at least try to so he built new features and released them to only limited numbers of Facebook users for a test to see what outcome the Facebook Mark Zuckerberg himself could get from new replacement for the Facebook like button.

Social Media Cakes!

I have come across some videos on YouTube that I thought were awesome, these videos is where the bakery artist Ann Reardon (I am assuming) shows you how to bake some social media cakes or deserts and by social media I mean Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or YouTube. The videos that this bakery artist baked is brilliant because I am sure there is many people who loves social media as much as I do and as for me I am a big Twitter fan. Surely I like Facebook too and as for Instagram I am no so sure about that because both of us have many of difficulties with each others (they don’t respect law — Tonight or in a few days I will write about it so you know why). But nonetheless the more I talk about these social cakes the more I want to bake them and bad thing is that I am on diet so I better stop talking about some cakes before I cave in which is something that I don’t want to happen. If you are baker then I am sure that you will appreciate this bakery artist and if you are a fan of social media and love cakes too then this is for you all! Want to make some social media cakes? Don’t worry this bakery will be showing you how to do the art on the cakes and bake them social media cakes! Enjoy these videos and watch your sugar — You are warned for early possibility of becoming diabetic!

Deaf Created Internet.

Do any one of you remember what it was to experience the internet for the first time? Especially some of you who was born in the 80s like I did and the people who born in 80s or earlier was the ones who truly experienced the internet for the first time especially in the beginning stage and whoever born a few years later than the 90s will never truly have the same experience that many of us who was born before the birth of internet because anyone who born a few years later the birth of internet in the late 80s (1989 in March to be specific) would not have to go through that we had to go through at that time when the internet was born especially World Wide Web (WWW). How is it different you ask? Some of you may remember or not remember, when the internet was born at that time we had gone through the most difficult thing ever with the internet and that is trying to connect to the internet using dial-up connection via telephone landline cable and at that time not many of us had the patience for that kind of thing. To have the first experience in trying out the internet today is more pleasuring, would put you in amaze of how the internet works and much less of hassles in getting connected to the internet. Back in the days when the internet was just born, it was truly a mess because it’s not as easy as plug and go as we had to manually connect to the internet by adding several information such as IP, DNS/Host name, username, and more then once that we have added the information in we would have to make a call to the telecommunication provider to ask them to connect us so imagine the hassle in doing that.

White House Closed Captions.

What is one thing that Americans in the United States sees as some sort of symbol that represents the American people for hundreds of decades? The White House which is the residence for the United States president, even though it is not the permanent residence for the United States president because each president can only run for a term and each term is four years. Every elected president can only run for two terms but after that, the elected president cannot run again for the third term and must move out of the white house for the next new elected president to move in. But still the white house itself represents for the entire nation, as it is the national’s capital located in Washington, D.C., regardless who the presidents of the United States are the white house administration is responsibility for everyone who lives in the United States and the laws of United States; Civil rights, human rights and even disabilities rights. While the white house represents for all Americans, recently they have failed to do so which that means they forgot that there are diversity of Americans such as races, genders, people with disabilities including the people who is Deaf and Hard of Hearing although we don’t agree that being so is disabled because of culture.
