I Support Net Neutrality

I see that a lot of people in my circle, this including both hearie community and deaf community are very concerned about Federal Communications Commission’s decision on repealing Net Neutrality. I am very glad that a lot of concerns going around because Net Neutrality is a serious matter for many of us, however I also seen many people who are either confused or misleading some others about what Net Neutrality is all about and what impact that it can do if Net Neutrality were to be repealed. First, Net Neutrality is not a law as some people seems to think they are and Net Neutrality is a policy made by Federal Communications Commission which is a federal agency that were founded by government to be the policymakers for the telecommunications. Federal government has several agencies to regulate some things, such as Federal Communications Commission were created by government to regulate television cable, radio, internet, wire, satellite and anything else that has to do with airwaves through the likes of satellites in space as they are what allows us to connect to some things through the airwaves such as internet (including cellular data), radio, television cable or others. Just like Health and Human Services is one of federal government’s agency to regulate healthcare, Medicare, Medicaid and anything else that has to do with our health or our wellbeing. So, you get the idea of Federal Communications Commission now and what authority or power they have which can be in a way good thing to limit the limitless power of the government under one roof to regulate everything – although they can but once they did they would have to go to these agencies to regulate them. Most of these agencies are meant to be independent but unfortunately, they assign anyone who has the same political party as the President or most of both senates and house.

Donald Trump Is Unfit for Presidency

Past a couple of days, I have seen a few of people who wrote some articles to share their opinions on why Donald Trump isn’t fit to be the President of the United States and shared some few good reasons why they don’t think that Donald Trump isn’t fit to be the President of the United States. Major of them were from bloggers, a few of them were from news outlet such as Washington Post and few of others. I know I have written an article on why I didn’t think Donald Trump should be the President of the United States but I wrote it during the beginning of the election after both parties given their nominees, when the Republican party decided that Donald Trump is the chosen one to be the Republican president that Republican party wants and Democrat party decided Hillary Clinton to be the chosen one to be the Democrat President for the Democratic party. Of course, I did my part as an American, as it’s my rights to vote whomever I think would be more suit to be the President of the United States so I voted Hillary Clinton and in the end Hillary Clinton have won the votes but unfortunately lost the presidency due to electoral votes to Donald Trump. I haven’t written much of anything about Donald Trump or Hillary Clinton since the day after the election so that’s over a month ago, since I have written a blog about these presidential candidates. Now that the election is over, Donald Trump have won the electoral votes and Hillary Clinton have won the popular votes but here in the United States when it comes to picking which presidential candidates to win the presidency for the United States is by whichever have the most votes from electors instead of popular. Yes, I mean the United States choose its president by its government in a way and not its Americans and that’s something that a lot of the people here in the United States feels that it’s unfair which I agree because in my opinion that the United States should choose its presidents by the people and not by the government. What I mean by government? Electors are government and the popular is not but it is the constitution law that the president is to be chosen by its electors instead of the popular.

People In A Cruel World

This world is, undoubtedly a cruel world for all of us to be living in and who is to blame for making this world a cruel place to be in? There are a lot of the people who happens to be cruel, making the world cruel for us to live in and by making the world cruel for us is where some of the people gets to discriminate us regardless what we have. There are several people who happens to be “ism” is the ones who make the world cruel for us to live in, there are several words with “ism” such as sexism, audism, racism, elitism, ableism and hundreds more. What makes them that way? They are either influenced by their generations who happens to be one of these ism or being influenced by the peers that they were surrounded at their youth age and grew to be expert at being one or more of ism. It make you sometimes wondering what if there were no isms, wouldn’t it make any difference in how some of the people behave in this world and possibly make the world a better place for us without being feared of having to be victimized by one or more isms? I am sure that many people’s answer would be that they don’t know, but as for me I do believe that it would make a drastic difference in this world that we lives in and possibly make things easier for us to live in this world because isms is what instills the fear within’ us. There are a few times that I have imagined, what if one day that every one of us suddenly became nice to each others and make the world a better place for all of us. You see things that the people have done to many people, especially on news where the people are getting murdered everyday and people getting bullied everyday which is what causes suicide rates to skyrocket in this decade.

Freedom Of Speech.

Every Americans have the rights to freedom of speech, that has been a problem with social media lately because everyone is trying to enforce other people to vote their preferred presidential candidates or shoot down their opinions on each presidential candidates just because they thinks that their opinions is the only matters when they aren’t even come close to true as everyone’s opinion do matters. I can understand that when it comes to anyone talking about presidential candidates for the President Of The United States next year when Barrack Obama packs his things and leaves the office for good due to law that no president of the united states can run more than two terms of presidency which is four years per term. What bothers me more than anything is that I get to see a lot of adults not allowing young people such as teenagers even if they aren’t old enough to vote but they have the right to freedom of speech and do so you but the problem is that you abuse that by trying to make it known that your opinion is more matter than any other opinions which is a foolish thing to do. Understandably the election is obviously, sensitive thing to talk about as politics become almost sensitive as discussing about religious and that isn’t good at all. Now everyone including you have freedom of speech, each of you have the right to express each of your opinions but you do not have the right to deny someone’s freedom of speech by telling other several people who your opinions is more intelligent or more right than theirs.
