Remembering Pearl Harbor

I am sure that by now that every one of you knows what Pearl Harbor is since by now that Pearl Harbor story is in history books that is being used and being taught in History classes in every schools or institutes. The superficial of the Pearl Harbor story is that Pearl Harbor is a location in the state of Hawaii which is a state that belongs to the United States of America, this was during the World War Two or II as the Pearl Harbor is where the United States and its allies anchor their battleships waiting for their orders by the commander-in-chief which is the President of the United States. While they were waiting for their orders, it is also the place that the wounded battleships to anchor for the repairs or to get some fuels for their battleships and the whole deal. While the United States soldiers and its allies’ soldiers mingles with each other at some bars and other places they were in for a surprise. That surprise that no one likes and that no one ever want to see; the surprise was a heavy attack from Imperial Japanese Navy when they sent their planes to the United States soil in Hawaii. Imperial Japanese Navy showed up unannounced, under the radar and suddenly attacking everybody on Pearl Harbor by surprise. Sunk several battleships, destroyed several of their airplanes and killed over two thousand of soldiers including the ones that’s stationed on their battleships. So practically the Imperial Japanese Navy wiped most of Pearl Harbor, it is said that they do so to prevent them from defending United Kingdom and they knew that if they were to attack United States that United Kingdom would possibly have a strong defense due to the United States so in a sense they decided to attack the United States head-on and then go after the United Kingdom since they would have no backup defense which is some of them coming from Pearl Harbor.

Nonetheless, if you want to know more information about the Pearl Harbor I highly recommend that you either buy a book calls At Dawn We Slept or if you prefer to watch a movie to get at least a bit of idea about Pearl Harbor then I recommend you none other than the Pearl Harbor movie. Which one would I recommend, the book or the movie? I just cannot choose which so I recommend to get both at the same time. Click on the name of the book or the name of the movie and you will be taken to Amazon to order one or both.

Yesterday on December 7th, 2016 marks the 75th anniversary of the Pearl Harbor and many of people have shown their honor for them as the search engine giant Google made a special tribute for the people of and the Pearl Harbor. Pearl Harbor has a few names, Hawaii Operation, Battle of Pearl Harbor and Operation Al then during the planning for the attack calls Operation Z by Imperial Japanese Navy headquarter. Even though I may be a bit late on showing my honor for them, at least better than never but it is unfortunate tragedy and Pearl Harbor is probably the most known history from the wars that has something to do with the United States besides the D-Day in Vietnam. Anyway, again I highly recommend you to get the movie and the book about Pearl Harbor. The Pearl Harbor movie is one of my favorite war movies equally with Memphis Belle movie which I also recommend but it has nothing to do with the Pearl Harbor though.

Thank you for your time, I hope that all of you have a good night and keep yourselves warm. Only reason I wanted to write this article is because I feel that I should honor the Pearl Harbor in some way even though I was not planning on to blog tonight but I decided that I would just do a quick, sweet and short article so this I did.
