5-30-2017 Quick Tidbits

How did the memorial weekend and day go for you all? I hope that you all had fun over the weekend, today and that all of us are safe considering that memorial weekends are known for an event when a lot of the people would party too much that involves alcohol. Driving while drunk is one of the most stupid thing ever in my opinion, so I hope that if all of you didn’t do that and calls a cab or have somebody as your designated driver to take you home safely. As for me, I never celebrate Memorial Day because I don’t like the idea of celebrating in memory of somebody or something that had happened in the past and it can make me sad. I look at it as negative, I mean how can you bring yourself to party and involves alcohol to celebrate for Memorial Day when it is really in memory of the bad things that had happened to the human beings whether it be family, friends, or strangers? Anyway, I know I haven’t blogged in several weeks and I apologize for that. Not to long ago I wrote an article stating that I was pretty much getting burnt out with blogging and that I am to reduce my activity in blog for the time being in hope that I would find that spark I once had long time ago when I truly was passionate in blogging. I haven’t reached to that spark yet, though I can say that the spark is trying its best to ignite and bring the fire back inside me but at the same time it’s trying to fan out the fire every time that the spark almost ignited. I decided that I would just force myself to write an article since that I haven’t written one in several weeks and it is dues for.

Merry Christmas 2016

Hey guys and women! I would like to wish every one of you Merry Christmas and I hope that all of you have a great Christmas today. unwrap the presents, exchanging communication, sharing stories and eating at dinner table on Christmas day with your family is the most precious thing. I used to have that, I wish I could have that again but unfortunately I cannot as the major of the family that I was close to have passed away so this leaves me and my mother. That is what it is, so if you still have a circle of family then be with them and spend as much as you can when you have them because I unexpectedly lost them to way soon. However, mine and my mother’s Christmas is great, we had few of our presents and will be having Christmas dinner either tonight or in late evening. I hope that all of you have fun with the presents that you have from your family, enjoy the time with your family or friends and eat some delicious foods! Let us not hate, argue about politics stuff, disagree with each others and let us be joyful and share the love we can with others! Merry Christmas of 2016!

P.S. I may or may not will be able to blog tonight, it depends on the time so if I couldn’t get some free time at right time then I will see you in a couple of days!

12-16-2016 Tidbits

Hey guys and women! How are all of you doing? I hope that all of you are doing well, considering that we are somewhat having a taste of the winter as in eastern part of the United States is at 15 degree, especially over here in the state of Kentucky so it is obviously a bit cold and it is just the beginning of going into the winter. I am doing well myself over here, we got a lot of the heaters going on with the house’s heater, a couple of portable electric heaters and kerosene heater in the living room. With these heats going, the electric portable heaters and the house’s heater is having a bit difficult of catching up to the temperature that we have set for the house so that mean obviously that it is cold here but we are doing fine though. I notice that we just started getting low temperatures for the winter in December, which is a bit different because if I recall correctly, last year and maybe a few years before that we usually hit around 20-30 degrees in the beginning month of January. It’s middle of the month December, we are hitting the range of 10-20 degrees so that’s about 10-15 degrees and one month difference so I suspect that it is a possibility that we will be having a bit colder winter this year than we had last year but the question is how many snows are we going to get this year? I am a bit concerned about that, especially that over here in the eastern part of the United States that we are hitting 10-20 degrees then right back up to 40-50 degrees and then straight back to 10-20 degrees so the winter is bipolar this year as it seems. Climate change? Absolutely and that’s a problem we will be having with the president-elect Donald Trump when he takes the office in the next month because he doesn’t believe in climate change or global warming. What you expect, he is a Republican and that’s common with anyone who is Republicans although I am not saying that every Republicans doesn’t believe in that but unfortunately most don’t.

Remembering Pearl Harbor

I am sure that by now that every one of you knows what Pearl Harbor is since by now that Pearl Harbor story is in history books that is being used and being taught in History classes in every schools or institutes. The superficial of the Pearl Harbor story is that Pearl Harbor is a location in the state of Hawaii which is a state that belongs to the United States of America, this was during the World War Two or II as the Pearl Harbor is where the United States and its allies anchor their battleships waiting for their orders by the commander-in-chief which is the President of the United States. While they were waiting for their orders, it is also the place that the wounded battleships to anchor for the repairs or to get some fuels for their battleships and the whole deal. While the United States soldiers and its allies’ soldiers mingles with each other at some bars and other places they were in for a surprise. That surprise that no one likes and that no one ever want to see; the surprise was a heavy attack from Imperial Japanese Navy when they sent their planes to the United States soil in Hawaii. Imperial Japanese Navy showed up unannounced, under the radar and suddenly attacking everybody on Pearl Harbor by surprise. Sunk several battleships, destroyed several of their airplanes and killed over two thousand of soldiers including the ones that’s stationed on their battleships. So practically the Imperial Japanese Navy wiped most of Pearl Harbor, it is said that they do so to prevent them from defending United Kingdom and they knew that if they were to attack United States that United Kingdom would possibly have a strong defense due to the United States so in a sense they decided to attack the United States head-on and then go after the United Kingdom since they would have no backup defense which is some of them coming from Pearl Harbor.

Seeking for Guest Bloggers

Hey guys and women! How is it going with all of you? I hope that all of you are doing fine and that all of you are getting some warmth as we are heading into the winter. I know that some of you aren’t looking forward to the winter weather, I also know that some of you are looking for the winter weather for a few reasons including one of them is the looks of snowing which is one reason that I love about the winter weather. I will get to the point here as I don’t have a lot of time, I have thought over and over about this today while I was looking through few of my old articles that I wrote on here. It flashed back for me as I started remembering that when I launched JoshiesWorld.com for the first-time I was just a beginner blogger so I had to rely on search engines such as Google or Yahoo and, I joined a couple of webmasters or bloggers forum to learn the curves as a blogger. Fast-forward to a year later in the year of 2008, as in 2007 were the year that I launched JoshiesWorld.com, I decided to browse around for some news to read on CNN and I came across a section that they have called iReport. It is where CNN asks for few of articles from people who like to write and tasked them with few assignments in what CNN would like from them. So, I decided to take two or three of their assignments for the articles so I wrote two or three articles for CNN on iReport, this is was where it puts my name out there in blogosphere and since then I immediately grew a base of readers. Some call it guest blogging but CNN calls it iReport, so after remembering about it I have decided that I would like to offer two or three invitations for any of you bloggers who would like to write some articles for here as a guest bloggers. The reason for this is that because I feel that it need few different perspectives for readers on here and not only that I would like to give something back to the blogosphere by giving two or three guest bloggers the chance to put their name out.
